Shane Kelley, Field Quality Manager
Shane Kelley currently serves as a Field Quality Manager and Sales professional at Roof Maxx, a fast-growing company revolutionizing the roofing industry with sustainable solutions. Before joining the private sector, Shane built a 23-year career in government IT, beginning with 10 years in the United States Air Force, where he developed a strong foundation in discipline, technical operations, and mission-driven excellence. He later continued his public service with a decade at the City of Pasco, supporting critical IT infrastructure and community services.
At Roof Maxx, Shane applies his extensive experience to ensure high-quality service in the field while building lasting relationships with customers. His background in structured environments gives him a unique edge in managing operations, solving problems, and delivering on promises with integrity and professionalism.
Beyond his professional work, Shane is passionate about sports and community. He’s been officiating baseball in the local area for 32 years and is also a certified official for high school football, basketball, and baseball, as well as college baseball and women’s basketball. His work on the field mirrors the qualities he brings to his career: fairness, consistency, and professionalism.
